There's an error on one of the pages
If you ever come across an error, it is best to contact us with the error message, and we will either talk you through it, or fix the error.
Is this site secure
Yes! It is very important to us that we protect the inputting of your personal information on our web site. So you will notice when you go to the login page, a small padlock will appear in the bottom right corner of the page. This tells you that you are on a secure page.
I'm having trouble using the product I bought from Acquire.
Although we do not provide technical support for the products that we sell. We do have several business contacts that can give you training. But the first port-of-call for all technical problems is the manufacturer of the product.
My product hasn't arrived yet, and my account says that it should of?
If this happens contact us immediately, and we will track down the problem.
Why can’t I see my shopping basket?
You must always login by keying in your login and password, you must do this to gain access to your personal account information.
Click on 'login' at the top right hand corner of the page.
I don't have a email address, can I still use the site?
Yes of course, we don't wish to turn away anyone. We use an email address as it is a guaranteed to be unique to each customer. If you don't have an email address please contact us with your details, and we will add you to our database.
How do I find the product that I want?
We have design several ways of finding what you are looking for.
- If you know the manufacturers code, then you can simply put it into our search on the top right hand corner of the page, or click on search on the left-hand navigation bar.
- You can go through the department listings. Start by clicking on the appropriate department at the top of the page. Once you have a product listing you will notice that not all the products are displayed. We have hidden away any products that are currently out of stock. You can show these again by clicking on "Show awaiting stock items as well". Your virtual path is stored at top of the center part of page, so you can go back and forth into related departments.
- If you know the brand your looking for it may be quicker to go via the 'Search by manufacturer' link at the top of the page. This will give you a list of all the manufacturers we have on the site. Now click on the appropriate department to see all products in that department.
We have put a lot of effort into making this site as easy as possible to navigate. So if you are still having problems, please don't hesitate to contact us.
What is an e-xtranet
An e-xtranet is a group of features that we have designed specifically for our business customers, so they have more control over their purchasing systems. If you have any further questions about it talk to one of our account managers, or send us an email

What is a Personalized Login?
Personal Logins make online shopping safe and easy. A Personal Login is a profile of information about your account that is stored at our secure remote server site. It can only be accessed by entering your user name and password. A Personal Login makes it easy to place orders because it eliminates the need to re-key your shipping, billing, payment and account information each time you place an order. Personal Login’s also enable you to check the status of any order you place with AQUIRE.CO.NZ(even phone orders), use ACQUIsition Planner and our Saved Shopping Carts feature. How do I update my password or email address?
Click on My Account. If you are a returning shopper, then you will be asked to type in your email address and password, otherwise
you will see before you all of your account information. You can make any amendments to update your personal information. Once you have completed your amendments, click on the Update tab.
What is ACQUIsition Planner?
The ACQUIsition Planner feature can be used once you have a Personal Login. ACQUIsition Planner allows you to track prices and availability of different products. Or you can use it to store items that you commonly buy.
